As a Research Manager at Empirical Education, Hannah is responsible for managing the complete research cycle of randomized controlled trials and quasi-experiments evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs. Prior to joining Empirical, she worked in Singapore as a lecturer in Business Communications, and in Dallas as a sixth grade social studies teacher through Teach for America. She has additional experience in journalism and non-profit development. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Columbia University and a Master’s degree in International Education Policy Analysis from Stanford University. She is currently a PhD student and Institute for Education Sciences (IES) doctoral fellow at Stanford University.
