As a Research Manager at Empirical Education, Chelsey is responsible for managing the complete research cycle of randomized controlled trials and quasi-experiments evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs. Prior to joining Empirical, she worked for McREL International as a Research and Evaluation Associate, and at Metropolitan State University of Denver as an Affiliate Faculty in the Department of Biology. She has additional experience as a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) coordinator at the University of Colorado Denver (UCD). Chelsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from St. Cloud State University and a Master’s degree in Microbiology from North Dakota State University.
